Unmanned Aerial Projects use images from a drone or UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) with the goal of producing accurate ground and surface models for mining, stock pile measurement, agriculture, or terrain survey. While the term ‘unmanned’ is used here to refer to modern drones and UAVs, many of the techniques here can be used for smaller manned aerial projects as well.
