Annual Maintenance entitles you to minor and major upgrades and technical support by phone and email. The first year of Maintenance is included free with the purchase of a permanent or upgrade version of PhotoModeler. After that the renewal is yearly and is optional. The first year’s maintenance starts when you first activate the software. The expiry date is shown on the Getting Started dialog and the License Management dialog. In addition, when the Maintenance expiry date approaches you will be shown a reminder dialog with instructions on how to renew.
The PhotoModeler software continues to run permanently even without active Maintenance. Without active Maintenance software updates and technical support is not available.
There is a short grace period to renew your Maintenance after expiry, after that to renew you will need to ‘catch-up’ on the subscription payments. This catch up is pro-rated on a month basis up to a maximum of 36 months. Please contact PhotoModeler Technologies Systems or your reseller for details.
