Re-sub-pixel marking mode will allow you to move an existing mark (sub-pixel or regular) and have its location sub-pixel marked again.
• Pick up the Re-sub-pixel Target marking tool , or select "Re-sub-pixel Target Mode" from the ribbon toolbar’s Create Tab’s Marking group’s expand menu.
The select point to re-sub-pixel mark cursor will appear when the mouse is over a photograph.
• Move the dot on the cursor to the mark you want to move, click and hold the left mouse button.
The move point cursor will appear.
• Drag the dot on the cursor to the location of the target you want to move the point to and release the left mouse button.
The select target region cursor will appear.
• Move the cursor so the target region selection box encloses the target.
As with regular Sub-pixel Target Marking this will create a sub-pixel point mark.
Note, if you pick up a Sphere sub-pixel mark (see next section), the re-sub-pixel mark tool will use the sphere marking algorithm and keep the new point as a sphere point. If you re-sub-pixel mark a circular dot target, then the circle dot subpixel algorithm is used. Lastly, if you re-sub-pixel mark a non-subpixel point (an X symbol point), the circle dot subpixel algorithm is used.
Note: When you use the arrow keys on the keyboard for fine marked point adjustment the point will revert to its non-sub-pixel state.
