Some noise points surround the edges of the cloud

This problem result is a Cloud/Mesh that for the most part looks correct but there are points in the wrong place around one or more outside edges.

This results when background pixels that are not on the desired object are depth extracted.

To fix for Paired Photos you can improve the shape of the DSM Trim boundary, or the approximating starting Surface to better match the object’s shape or you can delete the edge points before further processing (like registration or meshing).  See  Edit/Delete/Measure Points in a Point Cloud.

For MVS, ensuring that the Min Visible Images is greater than 2 with a minimum angle greater than 10 will help reduce the number of mismatched features and noise.
