Template Target Marking

Template Target Marking is a type of sub-pixel marking for (typically) non-circular targets. See the Sub-Pixel Target Marking section for background on sub-pixel marking and for more detail on Circular Targets.

Like circular targets these Template Targets can be marked, auto-marked, and motion tracked. The templates can be any arbitrary image, and the targets can appear at arbitrary angles and with arbitrary perspective in the photos. These template targets are marked to sub-pixel precision with an LSM (least squares matching) algorithm.
