The Visibility on Photos pane contains various tools used to control what and how items are displayed on photos. Tools are grouped and each panel in the pane can be hidden or expanded to reveal type specific controls.
The Visibility on Photos pane has its own toolbar to control which panels are shown, and also has tools to show/hide all or none of the 2D and or 3D items in photos.
