A quick way to get help with PhotoModeler is to send support staff a question via the “Ask Tech Support a Question” tool, which can be accessed via the Help menu, or the Demo/Evaluation Introduction screen.
Your serial number or license status will be displayed on the top line and sent to allow Tech Support to properly assign your question to a case and then to support staff. Your email address needs to be entered so that a reply can be sent. If a project is open while this dialog is up, the “Send project images” check box enables and the project data will be uploaded with your question.
PhotoModeler Tech Support staff will reply during business hours (Pacific Time) as soon as possible via the email address provided.
