The Seal Mesh tool 
on the Cloud/Mesh Tools Tab is used to close or seal a
Mesh. The tool enables when a triangulated Mesh is selected.
It works best with well-formed Meshes that have a volume or are hull shaped and tries its best to make the shape water-tight.
