A 3D model in PhotoModeler is composed of different types of 3D objects such as points, lines, curves, surfaces, cylinders, etc. Shapes are another type of geometric object that can be added to projects. Shapes can be thought of as solids (they completely enclose a volume). Shapes are a rapid way of modeling man-made objects (such as buildings or industrial equipment). As the nature of shapes, and how they are created and processed, is different than points and lines, we dedicate this section to describe all their capabilities.
NOTE: Shapes Modeling is being deprecated in PhotoModeler. We suggest not using, and if you think you need it, please contact PhotoModeler support first.
