The volume measurement shown for a selected triangulated mesh or silhouette measures the calculated volume of the object. If the Mesh is not 'closed' or 'water-tight', PhotoModeler attempts to close the shape based on the current Mesh shape - this may be an approximation of the closed shape, if the Mesh shape is not close to a closed surface.
