If the Photo Status Items report a low photo coverage percent it means the bounding area of points cover less of the photo than the threshold listed on the Project Review Settings Dialog.
If only a small portion of a photo has marked points this will weaken the calculation of the camera’s position. Add points and references that cover as much of the image area as possible.
