Photo Windows Pane

The Photo Windows Pane contains photos that have been opened in the project. When a photo is opened from the Photo List, it will always appear in the Photo Windows Pane, but there several options for the layout of photos within the pane.  As in other panes containing multiple views or windows, photos can be tiled, tabbed, or split horizontally or vertically using the tools on the pane’s top right drop down menu, or the ribbon toolbar’s Active Window Tab.

Photos can also be dragged (click and drag the photos title bar to move) into many different configurations, by using the “Docking Context Stickers” which appear while the photo is being dragged into position (i.e. mouse is down and a window is being moved). Photos can also be resized by clicking and dragging the photo window borders.

The Photos Pane itself can be placed anywhere within the PhotoModeler application window or can be floated anywhere on the desktop. The pane can also be pinned.

The Active Window Tab ribbon toolbar tab also provides tools to interact with photo windows, such as zoom in, zoom out, zoom area etc. See Paned Interface for general information on panes, visibility, configurability and user interaction.
