The Active Tab (which is ‘contextual’, appearing only when certain panes are active) has tools related to photos, tables or 3D Viewer when those windows/panes are active. This tab is common to all Workspaces:
Arrangement Group:
• Tile Active Pane – tiles all windows in the active pane. See Paned Interface.
• Maximize/Tab – maximizes the current window in the active pane. See Paned Interface.
Photos Group:
• Zoom and Center All – used to adjust the zoom so that the selected item is centered in the photo
• Zoom Lock – When this mode is enabled (i.e.. the button state is pressed), any zoom action on a photo will affect all other open photos in the same way. Zoom one photo in, and the rest will zoom the same amount. If photos are zoomed in a different amount before enabling the lock, all photos will zoom to the same level after the lock is engaged.
• Zoom To Fit – Return the active window to its default unmagnified state. See also Changing the Magnification of a Photograph.
• Next/Previous Photo – a tool to advance to the next or previous photo in the list, while closing open photos
• Open Photos Showing – a drop down menu enabling when an item is selected to show tools to open photos based on the currently selected items.
3D Viewer Group:
• Center About Selected – center the 3D Viewer around the currently selected item.
• Link 3D Viewers – toggle the lock so that all open 3D Viewers are controlled in synchronicity.
View Group:
• Print/output (see Print and Output Options Dialog).
