This folder contains the files that are used to store workspace layouts. A layout stores customizations, toolbar locations, keyboard shortcuts and more. Also note that you can load a toolbar layout that suits the type of project you are working on (see Preferences - User Interface for information on User Interface Type and see Ribbon Toolbar Customization for more information on ways to customize your layouts.
