Deleting Lines

To delete a line, open the photograph containing the line you wish to delete. Make this photograph the active photograph.

To delete a line from a photograph:

Pick up the Select tool from the toolbar or choose "Select Items" from the Quick Access Toolbar or ribbon toolbar’s View Tab PhotoModeler will change the cursor to the selection cursor.

Click the mouse on the line you would like to delete. The line you select becomes highlighted. If you would like to delete more than one line, hold down the shift key to extend your selection, and click on additional lines. Box selection can also be used.

Press the "Delete" key on your keyboard. PhotoModeler will remove the selected line or lines from all of your photographs. PhotoModeler will not delete the end points of these lines.

To reverse the deletion of a line, select "Undo" from the Quick Access Toolbar and PhotoModeler will replace the deleted line or lines. Only the last delete operation may be reversed. To redo the delete operation, select "Undo" again.

Note: if you have many lines to delete and you do not want to delete any other points or features you can use the Visibility Settings to turn off all items but lines. This makes selection and deleting easier.
