The Outline Move tool allows one to move a whole connected Outline along the plane surface. You cannot use Move to switch Plane surfaces (which can be done with Properties or with Duplicate). You can move an Outline between Photographs. Move operates in two ways: i) select the outline, press the Move tool, the cursor jumps to a point on the Outline and you move the mouse to the new position and click to drop it; or ii) click and drag on an Outline (not on a point), as you drag the Outline moves, and release mouse to drop it. Other open photos and 3d views will update in real time.
