Rotate

The Outline Rotate tool allows one to rotate a whole connected Outline. Rotate operates in two ways: i) select the outline, press the Rotate tool, the cursor jumps to a point on the Outline and as you move the mouse, the Outline will rotate about its center, and click to drop it; or ii) press and hold the SHIFT key, and with the mouse click and drag on an Outline (not on a point), as you drag, the Outline rotates, and release mouse to drop it. Note that you can switch between Move and Rotate within one operation by pressing and releasing the SHIFT key. Other open photos and 3d views will update in real time. When rotation starts on a photo an arrow will draw from the center of rotation to the mouse position. Note to get finer control over the rotation, move the mouse away from the center of the Outline (i.e. make the arrow longer).
