If the Project Status Items reports a weak camera calibration largest residual this means the largest residual from the camera’s calibration project is larger than the threshold listed on the Project Review Settings Dialog.
Assigning a weak camera calibration may produce a weak project. Redo the Camera Calibration, load the new camera using the Camera Viewer Dialog and then assign the improved calibration to each image using the Photo Properties. Or, if your project has a suitable setup try Field Calibration.
