Using “RAD Project” Preference Settings

On the Preferences dialog (see Preferences - Marking and Referencing), the “RAD Project” page has a series of settings that control how the coordinate system is set up based on a series of Target IDs:

These are normally used Automated Coded Targets Projects, but can be applied to any project containing points with these IDs.  You can set the Units, Translate, Scale and Rotate using the settings. Note that you should only set two of the rotation axes.
