Edge View

Description automatically generated

The Edge view of the Shapes Explorer is the first view to open as it is the one used most often (it is used during the marking of edges on photos).

The view shows all the edges of the selected shape along with the face names to assist with orientation.  The view’s rotation can be adjusted with the rotation tool at bottom right (yellow circular arrow). This 3D view rotation works similarly to PhotoModeler’s main 3D viewer.

The List tab on the bottom show the shape edges in list form. One can select an edge by using the cursor to click in either the 3D or list views while in Select mode.  See Selecting Shapes and Shape Parts for more information.
