There are a number of operations (such as adding relations, bringing up properties, etc.) that require parts of shapes to be selected. Here are the various parts, how they can be selected, and various things that can be done once selected.

-Delete edge mark. |

-Delete all attached edge marks. -Drag vertex to new position. |
Shape Relation |
Click on relation in the Shape Explorer Relation View. |
-Delete relation. |
Note: when ‘Properties’ are mentioned in above table you may wish to refer to the Properties Pane section for further information.
Also note: when adding a relation between two existing shapes or two shape parts, both items need to be selected before the Add Relation tool is pressed on the toolbar. You can only select multiple shapes at once in the 3D Viewer or on a Photograph. The Shape Explorer window allows only one shape to be selected at a time.
