A ‘RAD Project’ is almost fully automated, and works with the PhotoModeler RAD targets (see Coded Targets). Various parameters for this type of project can be set on Preferences - Marking and Referencing. This type of project is enabled by default.
To show the option to set up a ‘legacy’ coded target project, that is, a ‘Coded Target Auto-project with additional parameters’, uncheck the “Wizard always uses RAD project path” setting on the “Stages” panel of Preferences - Automated Target Projects. This type of project allows you to adjust various parameters during the wizard. You can also use a ‘settings file’ for this type of project. A ‘settings file’ is a file stored on disk that contains the settings used in a previous project setup. The settings file is useful and can save you time when your project work is repetitive and consistently uses the same project settings. If you have gone through the wizard and you have stored a “settings file”. You can enter the name of the file (or Browse… for it) here.
See Automated Coded Targets Project and Coded Target Presets for information on how to set up this type of project.
