Quality

This section of the report shows the overall quality of various aspects of your project. See also Audit Points, Fixing Audit Problems, and Point Audit Dialog.

The Photographs node shows the number of photographs in your project and their quality, the number of oriented photographs and the number of photographs that have their inverse camera flags set. The photographs node helps you determine whether there were problems with photographs in your project before processing. See Audit Overview for more information on bad, weak and OK photographs.

The Cameras node lists the cameras in your project and displays their names, whether they are calibrated and the number of photographs assigned to the camera. See also Camera Viewer Dialog.

The Point Marking Residuals node (see also Marking Residual Display and Visibility on Photos)  shows the overall RMS, the Maximum and Minimum point residuals and the Maximum and Minimum RMS. It provides a quick way of finding problem points in your project (the ID of the point and the photograph on which it appears is shown when the sub-node is expanded).

The Point Tightness node shows the maximum and minimum tightness values in your project. It also helps identified problem point marks in your project (the ID of the point is shown when the sub-node is expanded).

The Point Precisions Node shows various precision data for the overall project as well as the Maximum and Minimum point Precision. For further discussion of the meaning of precision refer to Accuracy and Precision in the Glossary.

The Point Angles node shows the maximum, minimum (with point IDs) and average angles of points in the project. See also Angle Maximum.

The Check measurements node shows various check point delta information as an indicator of accuracy.  Values are shown in absolute and signed values when either check point data is imported or entered or control points or GPS camera stations are assigned in the project (i.e. when there are known measurements or positions that can be used as check data). The minimum, maximum, and average check distance delta percent are also shown.
